Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours of 8:00am-4:00pm PST. Expedited shipping orders must be placed prior to 11:00am PST to ship out same day.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange any merchandise damaged due to shipping for a product in ideal initial condition. All Poles are Final Sale due to the custom nature. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There will be no restocking fee for mistakes made by our staff or if a product is delivered with a defect. Also, we will waive restocking fee for any exchanges.PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive (based on domestic ground shipping in US).
We do not guarantee items are in stock and will ship right away. If there is an out-of- stock issue we will notify you and discuss options for your order including lead times or other options.PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If an item is purchased at a set price and the item is later discounted to a reduced price, a price adjustment will not be granted if the item purchased has already been shipped out.
All products on our site are backed by the warranty of the manufacturer. All product warranties begin on date of purchase. Warranties are subject to change for each product, please visit the product you purchased on our website for product specific warranty, including final sale notices. If you do not see specific warranty information, please notify customer service at (888) 925-1966 and they will assist you in understanding the warranty for a specific product.
Solar Thingz, Inc. d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. warrants its products free from manufacturing defects for specific time periods (see product page for warranty time frame) which are subject to the following limitations: 1. Solar Thingz, Inc. d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. shall solely determine whether the product contains a manufacturing defect. 2. The purchaser shall have the burden of establishing reasonable satisfaction within 15 days of receiving the product or establish a claim within the initial 15-day period. 3. In the event of a claim during the warranty period, Solar Thingz, Inc d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. at its sole option will either:
A. Repair or replace warrantied product without charge
B. If Solar Thingz, Inc d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. is unable to repair the product in a commercially reasonable fashion and if Solar Thingz, Inc d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. is unable to replace the product (i.e., it has been discontinued), LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. will refund to the purchaser a sum equal to the actual price paid for product (not including tax and shipping) less reasonable depreciation from the date of purchase to the date of claim.
C. This warranty excludes any and all shipping charges incurred by Solar Thingz, Inc d.b.a. LED Lighting Solutions, Inc. in replacing a warrantied product
D. This warranty excludes any and all warranties on batteries (Refer to Battery Warranty: 1 Year Limited Warranty on all batteries)
E. This warranty coverage excludes all inclement weather and/or natural occurring disasters causing damage to products
F. This warranty will not cover claims for damage to or failure of a warranted product resulting from (a) accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or shipping (If product is damaged in shipping: it is subject to a replacement as long as it is requested within (3) days of arrival with photo evidence); (b) usage of the product other than for its intended purpose; (c) purchaser’s failure to reasonably maintain the product.
G. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
